I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 13 years of clinical mental health experience. My practice- Dr. Burwell Speaks, LLC, is a dynamic psychotherapy practice that offers accessible, inclusive, and quality mental health treatment in the Metro Atlanta community. I incorporate trauma-informed modalities for a variety of concerns such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety and highly sensitive people. In our work together we'll process emotions and gain insight into new coping skills. Additionally, I'll incorporate evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
