Psychiatric Medication Management

Psychiatric medication management is the process of working together (patient and prescriber) to ensure that psychiatric medications are effective and well tolerated. This appointment may include changing medication doses, switching medications, or adding new medications. Medication management is scheduled every month at a minimum. Some patients may need to be seen more often until they are stabilized on their medication(s).
