Abdomen CT, without contrast

A Computed Tomography (CT) scan is an enhanced x-ray that creates detailed pictures of structures inside the body. This imaging modality lasts around 30 minutes and provides detailed images of the organs and structures inside the abdomen. The most common indications for abdomen CT include evaluation of bowel obstruction, abdominal trauma, or diagnosis of renal or ureteral calculi.
